We admit we weren't that concerned about what our nail polish was composed of until Michelle at All Lacquered Up raised our consciousness. The majority of polishes are created with a bevy harmful chemicals, so we were delighted when we discovered Game Face Cosmetics.

Accept it, you know it's going to happen eventually. Whether you're franticly late for an event, or using your favorite, too-expensive color, chances are you might drop it. And it might break.

Fortunately, there are those genius few who have the ability to repair your smashed shadow. They're passing the knowledge onto to you via Youtube.

You'll need a ziplock bag (sandwich or quart), a rolling pin or hairspray can, a quarter, a bobby pin, an old tshirt or linen, rubbing alcohol, and a dropper bottle to reconstruct your shattered shadow.

As we've mentioned before, working from home does little to foster a glamorous beauty routine. Lip balm is an absolute daily must have, so much so it has it's own place on our keyboard. Since we're both easily amused and easily distracted, we have not one but three go-to lip balms.

Rumor has it that cosmetics giant Estee Lauder is eyeing Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon as the next face of their brand. Witherspoon has already proved loyal to other brands, such as agreeing to exclusively wear Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry and Nina Ricci by Olivier Theyskens for formal outings.

If the partnership is confirmed, Witherspoon would join Lauder's stable of respected and talent women, including Hilary Rhoda, Gwenyth Paltrow, Liya Kebede, Carolyn Murphy and Elizabeth Hurley.
