Aaah, the final day of fashion week (and still so much coverage to share!). By the time this photo was taken, I was completely spent. I had worked a full day at my day job, ran back to the tents to cover Tommy Hilfiger backstage where I ran into MAC Senior Artists Romero, Victor and Keri who humored me by allowing me to livestream them working their magic at the final show at Bryant Park and back downtown to support Karen Robinovitz & Purple Lab's launch at HSN. Needless to say, I barely had the energy to lift my legs or pop a hip for a cheeky pose. I enjoyed each and every minute of it, and while I am still recovering, I am looking forward to September already.

Editor's note: Apologies for the lack of updates! I am seriously behind in my attempt to finalize my NYFW coverage, but I swear I'm trying really hard! (Honestly, everything has me feeling really overwhelmed but I am doing my best to work through it!)
On Wednesday the 17th, I had many, many plans but I wans't able to make them all. Immediately after work I ran uptown & far west to check out the look for Richie Rich's new collaboration with Pamela Anderson, A*Muse. Afterwards, I ran down to Tribecca to listen to The Sartorialist and Garance Dore speak about social media. I'll keep my complete feelings about this event private (you might have seen them while I was live tweeting the event), but I will say that I walked away with a girl crush on Garance. She's SO adorable! After debating the many events after the session, I admit I raced home. NYFW was getting tiring!

Tuesday the 16th was probably my favorite day of NYFW - Two shows I DON'T miss, G-Star Raw & The Blonds, under any circumstances, on the same night, with backstage, designer interviews and the lovely Kimberley Williamson in the photographer's pit.
To rain on my parade, it began raining early in the morning and ruined any plans for hair & makeup. However, the packages that arrived later in the day totally made up for the unpleasant weather, bringing both my Alexander McQueen scarf and a trio of shoes from Evans.

Monday the 15th was a pretty exciting day - I sat in a room full of my peers, learning from my peers, at the Independent Fashion Bloggers conference. I met so many wonderful bloggers that I haven't had a chance to meet previously and met so many fascinating new ones! During the conference, I live blogged the Fashion Blog Marketing session, sponsored by Windows 7. At the end of the conference, I had an opportunity to meeting the darling Bryanboy - I couldn't have asked for a better day!

Sunday was an amazing, laid back day. I started the day by a quick breeze through Herve Leger backstage and then it was off to Robert Verdi's Luxe Laboratory to learn about the Future of Fashion. Fortunately, the Future of Fashion included a lovely Mercedes Benz to carry Amber of Beauty Blogging Junkie and I into the future. While at the Luxe Lab, Kimberley and I went out onto the terrace (after all, who can resist a terrace for an outfit photo? We certainly couldn't).
After Robert Verdi's Luxe Laboratory, I headed to MAC & Milk to cover backstage at Erin Fetherston, Grameme Armor and Peter Jensen backstage.
