After weeks of window shopping - aka digital stalking - the Michael Kors rose gold watch finally seduced me. I admit it - I am powerless to resist the lure of these stunning watches. They've been gracing the wrists of the stylish for seasons now, but it was finally the rose gold style that made me weak in the knees.

if you're as seduced by the Michael Kors watches as I am, I highly recommend visiting a retailer to view the full collection in person. There are so many face sizes, band choices and even dial differences that it can make choosing between models very difficult. I purchased the style above only yesterday from Lord & Taylor, where the band choices alone were staggering.

What I love most about the style that I chose was that it works well with me proportionally. It's not too large or too small, and will remain a classic for seasons to come. In recent months there has definitely been a resurgence in timepieces - have you made any watch purchases? I'd love to hear about what pieces have made you weak in the knees.

While I obsessed over MAC's Wonder Woman collection, the nail polishes totally slid under the radar - until last night. I've tried so many blue polishes (Essie's Aruba Blue and Dashing Diva's Box Seats are two favorites), but I've never seen anything like Spirit of Truth.

Initially, I thought that Spirit of Truth was a tad darker than I would normally think a blue associated with Wonder Woman would be. However, after two coats, this shade is right on point, especially in the sun. Spirit of Truth is a gorgeous opaque cream, with violet undertones. While I applied two coats, the formula was completely solid in one.

I feel like I was waiting for this skirt to arrive for ages (note: it was delivered in a very timely fashion), when in reality I had just been searching for it for the longest time. Sometimes the pieces that make the most sense in your wardrobe aren't always the pieces that are the easiest to find. Naturally, the minute FedEx rang my doorbell, this skirt became the centerpiece for yesterday's outfit. Is there an item in your closet hat you feel the same way about?

Don't get me wrong - I love my iPhone (and I say this as I type away on my iPad), but it's always felt like a toy. Sure, I'll read and delete emails, but on-the-go responses would be few and far between because it felt like a lot of effort to type out anything more than a few lines. As I moved into a more mobile lifestyle (ie, setting up "office hours" in whatever Starbucks I happen to be near) I've made concerted efforts to streamline my efficiency. In the back of my mind, I'd always thought about switching back to a Blackberry, but anytime I said the words aloud, my iPhone-loving friends would chastise me. It's not like I was considering a lobotomy, was I?

I have fond memories of my previous Blackberry experience. I'd used one for work only once in my career - and I was incredibly efficient. I could IM, text, email and call to my heart's content. When I received the opportunity to try out the Blackberry Torch, I couldn't say no. The Torch is the best of both worlds - a large touch screen, with a full keyboard. If you prefer to type on a touch screen, there's also a pop-up keyboard. The combination of touch screen and keyboard really allows for maximum efficiency.

One comment my friends always made to me when I mentioned switching was the apps. "Won't you miss all the apps?" The apps were the main driving force for me switching to the iPhone in the first place. I felt left out of the conversation, especially in social media circles. Mainstream apps, like Shazam and Foursquare, are available for Blackberry. Other apps that I might miss from the iPhone platform, like Instagram and Daily Booth, are accessible on my iPad.

Today was one of those mixed up weather days. Not too warm, but not really cold and of course I wasn't really dressed optimally. However, I refuse to sink back into any fall habits, so my decidedly spring handbag, a Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Mini, made it's way out of the dustbag and back onto the street. It's that weird in between weather where you're desperate to wear flats, but it's almost too chilly. Trench coats are perfect if they're medium weight, but do you wear a scarf? Please excuse the ocean photo - what can I say? I have a beach hangover. For my whirlwind trip to Palm Beach, I chose a polish shade that I felt had one foot in winter and one in spring. Ester Lauder's Wicked Green is a true green, similar to the color of an evergreen or the stem of a rose.

Since my home now doubles as an office, the energy of the space now plays a much more vital role. One way that I help to maintain balance and a sense of calm in my apartment is to be diligent about home fragrance. Sounds a little silly, but when your home smells good, you feel good.

If you follow me on Twitter (and I don't know why you aren't!) you are well aware of the fact that I've spent the past 36 hours in Palm Beach, Florida, courtesy of the lovely folks at Nissan. Why? Because Palm Beach provided the perfect backdrop to experience the 2011 Murano CrossCabriolet, a revolutionary all-wheel drive convertible.

Naturally, I was honored to be selected to join other notable bloggers and automotive journalists on this trip, but I wondered what I would specifically be able to contribute. After driving the Murano CrossCabriolet, I knew exactly why I was invited. The CrossCabriolet is a different kind of vehicle, created for those with a different outlook on life. By combining the reliability of all-wheel drive, the versatility of a convertible and more than ample trunk space, the CrossCabriolet proves that you don't always have to compromise to get what you want.

During our test drive, we were given a specific route, taking us seaside, on I-95 and through local towns. The V6 engine accelerates quickly, easily glides around curves and truly turns heads. As we turned through shopping districts, I heard a group of women as one another "What is that?" as we drove past. I've never owned a convertible, but after my 45 minutes behind the wheel, I don't know how I lived without one. As I fly away from sunny Palm Beach (currently 16,000 miles above ground), I am more sad than I expected to be. Palm Beach provided the perfect backdrop for my experience with the Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet (more on that soon). I had visited Palm Beach and Florida numerous times when I was younger and this trip really brought all those memories back to life. Naturally, I had to put on a red dress to go with the sexy convertible I would be driving.

Tomorrow we will have an opportunity to take the head-turning car for a spin. Obviously, I will be heading to Sonic for a Route 44 before my test drive can officially begin. Priorities.
