On The Plus Side: Outfit of the Day 5/26
Aaaah, the post-Sex and the City 2 afterglow. Of course I was inspired by the film, however I had a little bit too much fun at the Bergdorf Goodman after party. Needless to say, I arrived home much later than I had anticipated and it was worth every single minute of sleep I lost.

Oh yeah - this really happened.
Last night I attended the second biggest Sex and the City 2 premier party, hosted by the movie's official technology sponsor, HP. There were cocktails (obviously), a limo ride to the Paris Theater, the screening and a fabulous celebrity-filled after party at Bergdorf Goodman. I could NOT have been happier. Bag Business: How Often Do You Change Your Handbag?
Over the past few years, I have fallen deeply in love with handbags. I've only recently come to a point in my life where I can begin to afford the bags I truly want instead of buying "meh" bags at TJ Maxx (not saying that I won't continue to do so, just less frequently). My first substantial purchase above the $40 mark was the above Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Bag at a sample sale last year (pictured here in a post from Eye4Style's What's in HER Bag series).
After my gateway cobal Minkoff, I purchased two LAMB bags at a sample sale and another Minkoff at a sample sale last week. Needless to say, I went over the handbag rainbow and I have no intention of finding my way back. However, I am pretty particular about when I carry a bag and how that day's weather might impact my activities.
I'm curious, how often do you change handbags? Does the weather impact your bag more than your planned activities? Please share your thoughts in the poll & comments below!
Beauty's Best Game of Guess Who? MAC's Venomous Villains
Leave it to MAC to send every beauty junkie and Disney fanatic into a tizzy with the release of one tiny video. Yesterday, WWD broke the story of MAC's forthcoming Disney collection, entitled Venomous Villains. The color collection will hit counters this September.
To support the WWD tease, MAC has released a video dropping character clues for the collection. Included in the gallery below are screencaps of some of the characters and clues included within the short film. There are several characters included, but I think it's pretty safe to say that MAC has pulled some of the greatest villains from Disney's vault for this collection.
