I felt it today for the first time - the adrenaline rush that creeps up on you instantly and keeps your heart racing for what feels like an impossible pace to get you through what seems like an impossible day. Today was the first day of NYFW adrenaline and it came on strong. Tonight is the last night I have free from now until 2/20 (it was 2/19 until I sorted through my inbox). How I will I survive, I never know, but after six seasons you would think I would have figured out a solution. Instead, I look back and say "how in the hell did I do that?". Each season brings more incredible opportunities than the last. Needless to say, today was a more comfort focused day, as the closer we get to NYFW, the better my outfits become (in direct proportion to how great the invitations I receive are).  Funny how that works, isn't it?

As someone who feels they were born with incredibly oily skin, the word "oil" has always had a dirty connotation to me. Growing up in the south's humid weather, my face was always shiny.
