Betsey Johnson's Fall/Winter 2007 collection was yet another foray into feminine fun. While her collections are never earth shattering or groundbreaking, they are always consistently Betsey. Darling dresses, fun details like like lace, polka dots, or ruffles, and always excited about fashion. She has always been a go to gal for that perfect dress. Life's a party when you're Richie Rich and Travor Rains. While many people have criticized them for making too much of a spectacle at New York Fashion Week, I respect them. Their collections always remind me that clothes are full of life, and a woman should have fun when she gets dressed. Every day should be a new adventure, a new party, another reason to be happy. Their Fall/Winter 2007 was no different, as the theme was The Wizard of Oz, complete with Lydia Hearst as Dorothy. Paris Hilton was no where to be found, while Kimora Lee Simmons flashed back to her modeling roots as she took her turn on the catwalk. View the entire collection courtesy of Coutorture.

Jason Wu designs for one sassy broad, and I'm loving it! His Fall/Winter 2007 collection was filled with power outfits for confident women. From the cut of the clothing, the colors and even the shoes, the look suggests that this is one woman to not underestimate. View the entire collection and the video courtesy of Coutorture.

The Oscar De La Renta Fall/Winter 2007 collection was a work of pure brilliance. This is the type of collection which instills this desire to aspire to one day own a piece of this collection. As Oscar said in an interview "It only becomes fashion when a woman puts it on." While showing some gowns that were quintessentially him, the fur shrugs were a sign of a true master. Now, please excuse me while I retreat to daydream about the day I will lounge around in an Oscar De La Renta gown. For her Fall/Winter 2007 collection, Nanette Lepore played with a variety of textures and patterns. Velvet, sequins, fur, and tweeds were all seen in surprising yet adorable combinations. The colors stayed between a rich chocolate and a variety of purples. Some models even had smiles on their faces as they wore low ponytails, often accompanied with a darling headband. Luca Luca Fall/Winter 2007 was interesting. The strange combination of metallics and fur created this very downtown feel. Some outfits combined a casual attitude with dressy pieces, and almost every look contained metallics. While the suits were questionable, the dresses were perfection. The color palette didn't really extend beyond various shades of grey. View the entire collection courtesy of Coutorture.
