Seems fashion is still on the side of Kate Moss, and the British Fashion Council named the supermodel "Model of the Year". Vivienne Westwood, who accepted the award for an absent Moss, said "I'm not Kate," "When I was young I would never have my photograph taken as I was always so shocked by the results. I always looked so much better in the mirror, I thought. But Kate is more stunning in the flesh than any photograph. I love her. She is a lovely, loyal, fantastic person." It was also announced that model Erin O'Connor will be the new Vice Chairman of the British Fashion Council.
