$4.00 at Sephora
If you know anything about my beauty habits, know that it's near impossible for me to resist an oil product. Whether it's a moisturizing oil for my hair, skin or cuticles, an oil-based eye makeup remover or a dry oil spray, I am powerless to resist. Needless to say, when I was browsing the sale section of Sephora.com and saw their dry oil sprays for only $4, I exhibited an extreme amount of self control in only buying one.
I played it safe and chose the Apple Pomegranate - c'mon how bad can a fragrance based off two of my favorite fruits be? After using the spray for the first time less than 20 minutes ago, I have to say it's not half bad after you get over the initial overwhelming scent of the fragrance.
After I'd placed my order online, I found myself wandering into a Sephora store a few days later (imagine that!) and stopped to smell the fragrances. I was overjoyed that I'd selected Apple Pomegranate. All of the others smell like they should have a side of pure sugar to go with the cupcake the scent is emulating.
The good news is that the dry oil is a pretty decent formula at a price that can't be beat. Plus, the overwhelming Teen Spirit scent dissipates within minutes.
