Most days, I feel like Jessie Spano on an episode of Saved By The Bell, saying "There's no time! There's never any time!". Fact of the matter is, the older I get, the faster time seems to slip through my hands.

Speaking of hands, I enjoy doing my weekly manicures at home (not to mention the money that my diy spirit saves), but I usually end up slathering on polish on a Sunday evening, hoping it doesn't bubble and that it will dry before I can't hold my eyes open any more. It takes a long time for all those coats of polish to dry - the base, 2 coats of color and the top coat - and most times, I mess my polish up before it's even had a chance to see the work week.

When I learned about Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure nail polish, I was skeptical. Beyond the color, base and top coat, how can a polish really contain 5 different attributes in one bottle? Complete Salon Manicure contains a top coat, base coat, color, strengthener, and a growth treatment. In theory, it sounds completely perfect.

In practice, Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure is so much more. The first time I used it for my weekly manicure (in Grey By Grey, recommended by my girl, Older Girl Beauty), I was shocked. The brush was wide, the color applied like a dream, and over the course of the week, the polish didn't chip. There was NO chipping!

Trust me, I know how this sounds. Of course, my nails showed signs of wear and tear, but it wasn't in the form of chipping, but rather the polish was slowly wearing at the edges. I was shocked and completely in disbelief. I thought I had just gotten lucky, until I decided to try a different shade - the results were exactly the same.
