Christmas The Sarah Way

I'm not going to lie - I'm super excited for Christmas this year. Why this year? Because I get to have Christmas just the way I like it this season - and that means full out ridiculousness.

I'm excited to have pink & purple, as opposed to red & green. Sequins are a must and an exotic bird feather or two can't hurt either. For me, Christmas decorations aren't complete without an unexpected colored strand of twinkling lights. These selections above are from KMart and Target. Now if I could only find hot pink garland for my desk....

What's your Holiday decorating style like for this season?

The decorating style that I am most after this year is home-y! After several years of living in Paris I've finally decided I want to have a tree this year! My grandmother is knitting me some crocheted snowflake and bell ornaments for me to hang - and I want to keep it all very DIY/homemade.
I supposed I will also be trawling Etsy for some great looks! Love Christmas too, and it's so much fun to think of all these things! Smiling

I am too! We're moving in to a new apartment that I plan to perfect quickly & keep that up.

I've found the greatest artificial tree and have lots of plans. I have this old pink Barbie tree gifted a few years ago from a friend, but anything girly is going in my home studio.

Otherwise it's a lot of white, red and green - and that's fine. I love with a boy and I love home, soooo. Tehe.

However I think your Xmas decors are SOOO fabulously diva! Eye-wink

Good Lord, you are fabulous! =D I just came across your blog by way of Twitter. I wanted to stop by and say hello. I've got you bookmarked!

XOXO

PS! I totally wanted a pink tree but my husband vetoed it. I bought a ridiculous pink glittery star topper and hot pink ball ornaments instead.

My Christmas style is just as crazy and gaudy and ridiculous! My coworker has already hinted that she bought me a feather wreath that I saw and fell in love with, so I can't wait to hang it up!!
